On May 22, 2025 (Wednesday), VPIX Medical signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Korea University Anam Hospital to collaborate on the company’s digital biopsy platform, “cCeLL.”

Under this agreement, the two parties will collaborate on:

▶ Joint clinical trials and research,

▶ Co-development of diagnostic models based on digital biopsy for precision diagnostics,

▶ Implementation of training programs for medical professionals.

The signing ceremony was attended by Dr. Taehun Kim, Vice President of Research at Korea University Anam Hospital; Dr. Shinhyuk Kang, Professor of Neurosurgery;

Dr. Sunghui Han, Professor of Research Planning; as well as VPIX Medical CEO Kyungmin Hwang and CTO Kyuyoung Kim.

This MOU marks a significant step toward strengthening collaboration for clinical validation and real-world implementation of digital biopsy technologies.
