How to Join Us?

STEP 01
Application submission

Tell us about you based on job postings on the board and saramin.
- Required document: Application, Resume, Portfolio (if applicable)

STEP 02
Document screening

We make assessments based on suitability for the jobs and your capability and experience overall.
- Announcement: We will contact you via phone or E-mail within 1~2 weeks
STEP 03
Interview

The interview is one-to-many interview and the applicant can use the presentation if needed (we may conduct a phone interview prior to the on-site interview).
- Interview time: 30 minutes ~ 1 hour
- Interview process: Have the question-and-answer session based on application and career description after self-introduction expressing applicant’s capability

Talent Pool

VPIX Medical, Inc. often recruits talent of various field besides job posting.
- Submit the application and career description through e-mail(contact@vpixmedical.com). You can also apply to other positions if you believe other position is more appropriate.

Where is the application form?
A

We do not have an official format of application. Feel free to express yourself with any format of your choice.

How is the interview structured?
A

We will first have interviewer to share a self-introduction and continue with question-and-answer session with interviewer for 30 minutes ~ 1 hour.

Do I have only one interview?
A

It conduct only one interview, but it may be possible to conduct additional interviews if it needs.

When would I be informed on the result?
A

We do our best to announce as quickly as possible. However, it may be delayed in-depth evaluation of your candidacy. It will be announced to passed applicants only within maximum of 4 weeks after document screening, and for every applicant within maximum 2 weeks after the interview.

I have applied for talent pool, and when do I know the results of evaluation?
A

We will review applications registering in talent pool when we needs the position and contact passed applicants individually.

What is the process of joining VPIX?
A

We will discuss date of joining us and conditions and will share details of on-boarding process.
