On April 28, 2025 (Monday), VPIX Medical signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Samsung Medical Center to advance collaboration on its digital biopsy platform, cCeLL.

Through this partnership, the two parties aim to:
 ▶ Establish a Center of Excellence (COE) for intraoperative digital pathology;
▶ Support ongoing clinical trials and joint research initiatives;
▶ Operate a global training center for medical professionals and international partners;
▶ Co-develop diagnostic models based on real-time digital biopsy imaging.

The MOU signing ceremony was attended by Dr. Woosung Heo, Vice President of Research at Samsung Medical Center; Dr. Hojoon Seol, Chair of the Department of Neurosurgery;
Prof. Dusik Kong, Department of Neurosurgery; and from VPIX Medical, CEO Kyungmin Hwang and CTO Kyuyoung Kim.

Participants discussed strategies for clinical adoption and broader technology deployment in surgical settings.

With this agreement, VPIX Medical plans to accelerate the commercialization and global expansion of its digital biopsy technology.
The company will also leverage real-time clinical feedback to further enhance its product and continue building a field-validated solution development framework in close collaboration with medical professionals.
