VPIX Medical Co., Ltd. (CEO Kyungmin Hwang) announced that it has been selected as a “Youth-Friendly Company” under the “Daejeon Settlement-Type Youth Employment Comprehensive Project,” operated by Daejeon Metropolitan City (Mayor Jangwoo Lee) and the INNOPOLIS Venture Association (Chairman Wonhee Cho).

Since 2024, Daejeon Metropolitan City has supported outstanding local companies that are attractive to young talent based on factors such as wages and income, employment stability, and work-life balance.

Companies located in Daejeon were evaluated through a first-round quantitative assessment covering ▲business growth potential ▲work-life balance ▲wages and ▲wage innovation capabilities. This was followed by a second-round on-site evaluation conducted by the Youth-Friendly Company Evaluation Group, which included interviews with HR managers and young employees. Based on these assessments, VPIX Medical was selected as a Youth-Friendly Company.

VPIX Medical has developed cCeLL, an ultra-compact fluorescence microscope that utilizes the near-infrared spectrum based on its proprietary technology. The technology has obtained European CE certification and U.S. FDA approval, demonstrating its safety. As a digital biopsy platform,cCeLL enables real-time assessment of tissue conditions during cancer surgery through both Ex vivo diagnostics and In vivo real-time tissue examination.

Through its selection as a “Youth-Friendly Company,” VPIX Medical will receive support including ▲a dedicated Youth-Friendly Company manager ▲corporate awareness improvement programs, such as the production of culture books, brochures, and IR materials, and ▲company-youth matching events. Through these programs, the company plans to improve awareness of local companies among young people, encourage employment interest, and strengthen its competitiveness by attracting outstanding local talent.
